Flames to dust...

Thanks for the line, Nelly. Flames to dust and, hopefully, lovers to friends. Sooner or later everything comes to an end. And sometimes sooner is better than later, before it's too late to be friends. Married couples sometimes stay together for too long, the flame is gone but there are kids and houses and in-laws and all other types of chains, so when they finally part, they already hate each other. They think it's sacrifice for a greater good, but it's not "good", since they just end up burnt inside like emotional zombies.

Cutting the ties and cutting the losses may be painful at the moment, but in a long run it spares a lot of silent suffering and useless "sacrifice". And it certainly spares a lot of lies...
