The way



This is about the path I'm going to take. It will be published and I will have no more excuses. There's no need for alarm though, it's nothing esoteric or very special, just some semi-diet and excercise to keep in shape after the holidays.

Part one - Food:
  • fried stuffs are the work of the devil, especially french fries and chips of all shorts - to hell with them!
  • white sugar is white only to disguise it's equally hellish origin - vade retro... if something needs to be sweet let it be healthy, vegan, natural, based on fruit, dark chocolate or brown sugar/honey;
  • wine comes from the gods, so it should be drank with respect and in cerimonial manner;
  • vegetables are good, pasta and cheese are not - time to invert the proportions...
  • say no to late dinners whenever I can without starving to death.
Part two - Excercise:
  • finish current ab excercise series (about 6 more days to complete the cycle);
  • start Pilates (hopefully), in the begining maybe alternating with the abs routine;
  • walk, walk, walk... nudge someone about an unused bicycle *cough*;
  • at least every 2 hours at the office get up and stretch, walk around and stuff, after all I'm not travelling economy and I can keep this blood running up and down;
  • think of some kind of alternative outdoors excercise/activity

Part three - General Health:

  • call the dentist... yeah, call him and schedule an appointment...
  • sometime in winter call the ob-gyn, she's a nice lady and all.

Part four - Indulgence:

  • home-spa type with lots of nice smelling things in colourful jars
  • indecent indulgencies will not be forgotten - they are good for the body, and for the soul...

But about soul, heart and mind maintenance we will talk on another occassion.
