Back to the roots

Can we travel back in time? In theory there should be parallel universes, bent space and time, and other post-einsteininc phenomena but going back mere two years to find everything in the same place, yet completely different and better in so many ways is eerie and cool.

Just like 2 years before Sting appeared in Lisbon, older yet better (and he's not the only renewed one), better voice, more of a musician and bass guitar master, back to the future of his Police days. Simple is good - overdone and decorative is used to cover up for momentary shortcomings. Who needs back up vocals, percussions andother stuff when they are back in shape like they used to be.

I know, I know, nothing new, only what the public likes old goldies, but heck he can still play and sing those, and I loved it... the man can sing "Roxanne" for me anytime he wants, not to mention the "Fields of Gold".

So, remember kids - simple is good, good music never gets old, time travel exists and so does love.

Sting? If you're reading- thanks for bringing two castaways back together, took only one message in the bottle about your upcoming concert :)
